The space Spread out across three levels, with two queen bedrooms, an office with a desk, printer, and futon, and a bathroom upstairs. The basement adds a third queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and an entertainment/workout area with resistance bands, a yoga mat, and a Total Gym 2000 and a 50 inch TV. The main floor has a living room with seating for six, an electric indoor fireplace, a dining room for six, and a kitchen island with seating for two. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a 55-inch HDTV help make longer stays comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice and water, stainless steel convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, KitchenAid mixer and attachments, baking essentials, slow cooker, Breville InFizz, blender, coffee maker with K-cup option, French press, and double sink. The screened, covered porch is set up for outdoor cooking with a Bradley Smoker, a seasoned Paderno flat-top grill, barbecue utensils, and one supplied propane tank. Outside, enjoy a large private yard, outdoor dining area, fire pit, horseshoe pit, splash pad, sprinklers, kites, toys, and plenty of firewood. For families, there are two Pack ’n Plays, child-friendly dishes, toys, coloring books, and a highchair or booster seat. A foam mattress is available in the basement bedroom closet, and an old Little Tykes table-and-chair set can be made available with advance notice. Dogs are welcome, with crates (please bring your own bedding), tie-outs, bowls, poop bags, and a dog-friendly splash pad available. A shallow pond at the back is used for skating in winter and for pet splashing during the rest of the year. Guest access You will have access to the home, front deck, private yard, side yard with fire pit, and the shed closest to the house, which holds outdoor activities and equipment for your use. Please return anything you use to where you found it. The basement furnace room is locked and is not for guest use. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises, with free street parking also available. Other things to note Garbage and recycling are collected Tuesday morning; please place them in the bin Monday night.
