The home is located in a quiet area centrally in Mosjøen, with Kippermoen sports facility as the closest neighbor. The area invites to several types of activities for the whole family, summer and winter. Swimming facilities, football pitches, frisbee golf and toboggan run are all within easy reach. From the house it is 700 meters to grocery stores, and 5 minutes drive into Mosjøen city center. Free parking with possibilities for charging electric car via socket. Indoors, everything is on one floor, which is very convenient. The space Guests have access to the entire main floor, where everything is on one level. This consists of a large entrance, a spacious living room with a dining table that can accommodate 8 people, as well as a kitchen with a dining area suitable for 6 people. The rental has high chairs and dining equipment for children. The home has four bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed, one room has a trundle bed and a single bed, and the last room has a cot. Toys and children's books are available for guests. The house also has two bathrooms with toilet, one has a large bathtub and the other has a shower cabin. The largest bathroom has a baby changing table. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is adjacent to the largest bathroom. The outdoor area/terrace has a grill, a couple of sun loungers, as well as a dining area. Other things to note This is our private home that is rented out for shorter periods and we hope guests will treat the home with respect. It should be mentioned that the house has a separate rental part in the basement with a separate entrance on the back of the house.
