Near Mercedes and UAB West. Outdoors can be enjoyed at the Cahaba Wildlife Management Area, Tannehill State Park and Bent Brook Golf Course. The space There are 3 bedrooms- Bedroom 1 is the master suite has a King size bed with a master bath; Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is wi-fi and 2 TVs. There is a 2nd bathroom. Large Kitchen with dining table. Front and Back porch for relaxing. Garage with ping pong and foosball table for entertainment. Guest access Entire home is available to you. The utility shop located on the property is only accessible to the owners of Grace Cottage. Other things to note You have to be at least 25 years of age to book this property. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. We're unable to accept third-party bookings for younger guests unless the booking guest is also present.
