🌿 The Gîte du Pêcheur is located in the heart of Lot et Garonne, close to the green canal path and the confluence of the Baïse and Garonne. It is a detached house, with air conditioning ❄️ and completely renovated for a pleasant stay with friends and family. 🏊‍♂️ Private pool of 4m x 8m, depth 1m50. 🌳 3000 m² plot, barbecue, petanque court, swing, garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs... The space Surface area of 135 m², we can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers. 🏡 The ground floor of the cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen of 25 m², a spacious living room with smart TV, a sofa, a wood fire, as well as a desk area. A bathroom with shower, toilet and combined washing machine and dryer is also accessible. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms: 🛏️ Bedroom 1: furnished with a 160 cm double bed and a TV 🛏️ Bedroom 2: offering a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. 🛏️ Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4: Master suites, consisting of a 160 cm double bed and a shower area for each. 🚽 A separate toilet is located upstairs. 🌳 Outside, enjoy a large plot of 3000 m² inviting you to relax, fenced on 3 sides (2 entrance gates), a spacious terrace on the front, a barbecue, a petanque court, a swing for the little ones. 🌤️ A terrace at the back with garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs will be at your disposal to enjoy the sunshine and the private pool of 4 m x 8 m, depth 1.50 m, secured by electric cover. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and park. (not fully enclosed) Note that our neighbor has a henhouse in his garden, which is adjoining. Other things to note We use the SWIKLY online service which allows you to deposit your security deposit simply by bank imprint. The Swikly security deposit is neither charged nor blocked in your account or bank card. After you check out, if you've honored your commitment, your credit card imprint is automatically canceled!
