The current tenant enters and exits through the detached garage and basement entrance. The patio and backyard space is for the tenants use. You will have access to the back porch that is right off of the kitchen. Please respect the rules of the house. Rules/Policies Only guests included in the booking reservation are allowed on the property. Therefore, it is important to include the correct number of guests in the reservation. Please update your reservation accordingly if that number changes after your initial booking. The guest booking must be 24 years of age or older and must be present during the entire stay (i.e. you may not book for others if you are not actually staying at the home). No parties or events, visitors or guests not on the reservation. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in town. Smoking/vaping/hookah is never allowed inside the house. At the sole discretion of the hosts, and additional cleaning fee of $250 will be incurred if additional clean-up is required that rises above the standard cleaning process. Any damage to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest. We don't anticipate this being an issue, just please clean up after yourself. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property that occur on the premises or in connection with the stay.  Use of amenities such as stairs, balconies, deck, walking pad, weight set, garden tub, showers and kitchen appliances is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

The space you are renting has 3 levels. You will enter and exit through the front door. You may park in designated parking spots throughout the neighborhood but not directly in front of the house. You may be towed if you are not in a parking space. You have access to a back porch/deck with patio furniture and an egg swing.
