The space Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood within a 3 minute drive or a 12-minute walk to downtown Highland Park. Also 2.5 miles (a 6-minute drive) to both Rosewood Beach and the renowned Ravinia outdoor music festival. This is a split-level house with an open floor plan on first floor including the living room, kitchen and dining room then a short flight of stairs up to the bedrooms and main bathroom. Basement includes a second bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Rental registration # RENT-006861-2025. Guest access The entire house is available for use except for 2 locked closets in basement. The basement is finished, but not yet furnished. The basement laundry room and bathroom are available for use. Other things to note *This is a shoe-free home.
