Tea,coffee, milk, kettle & toaster available. Step out to a private deck with a lovely garden view. Check in and unwind-your stay is completely your own. NOTE: Room&Ensuite Only-No access to main house & facilities (kitchen, lounge or laundry). NO microwave or fridge in room sorry. Iron/board available upon request. The space ROOM AND ENSUITE ONLY. A peaceful area set among the gum trees and nature. 15mins from Toowoomba city. No close neighbours and a beautiful outlook. Please note: To maintain the cleanliness of the carpeted space, we do not provide a microwave or fridge in the room. This decision helps prevent potential food spills and ensures a pleasant environment for all future guests. All amenities are accurately reflected in the listing to avoid any surprises upon check-in. We personally do not have any streaming services however the smart TV is connected to wifi which enables you to login to your streaming services that you privately have. Our Wifi isn't available for guest use sorry, aside from the TV connection. Married couple with primary school children live in the rest of the house. Some noise from kids to be expected but they won't disturb you or be unreasonably loud. We are a quiet family and expect the same from you. We are up by 6am school mornings and try to be as quite as possible. No public transport close by. Uber or taxi if you don't have a car. 6km to Toowoomba Showgrounds. 7km to St Andrew's Private Hospital 9km to Grand Central Shopping Centre. 14km to Wellcamp Airport. Guest access Private deck entrance from backyard. Car park available and room to park a trailor or caravan if needed. 2 small dogs and a cat live at the property. The dogs are fenced in the secure yard you'll come through (please keep it shut) however are friendly. They like to say hello for a pat. The dogs sleep inside the main house and will not be out barking at night, however they are outside during the day. During your stay A key lock box is outside the room for self check in. We're happy to have a chat upon your arrival and if needed during your stay however you will be left to enjoy your stay. We are full-time workers and are quite busy during the week.
