Escape everyday life and enjoy relaxing days in our lovingly furnished vacation home surrounded by the nature of southern Sweden. Our house can accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for families or couples. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The modern bathroom with shower completes the comfort. The space The cottage is located just outside a small village – easily accessible and in a convenient location. If you are looking for absolute seclusion, you may not find it here. The beautiful surroundings with their forests, lakes and bike paths are a wonderful starting point for nature experiences and exploration tours. We look forward to welcoming you to our place full of charm, history and opportunities. On the spacious, approx. 1,200 m² property, you can experience nature up close – whether at breakfast on the terrace, playing with the children or barbecuing on a warm summer evening. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and that the stay runs smoothly, we ask you to observe the following instructions: • Smoking: Our vacation home is a non-smoking house. Please smoke only outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts in an environmentally friendly manner. • Pets: Dogs are welcome upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your four-legged friend. We ask for consideration for furniture, beds and other guests. • Cleanliness: We hand over the house to you in a well-kept condition and ask you to leave it that way. Final cleaning is included, but we are happy if you remove coarse dirt yourself. • Quiet hours: Even if there are no immediate neighbors, we ask for consideration from 10:00 pm – for good coexistence and restful sleep. • Waste separation: Please help to dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Instructions for waste separation can be found in the house. • Liability: Parents are liable for their children. You are liable as a renter for any damage caused during your stay.
