Large family-friendly house with garage in beautiful Acktjära. The house is surrounded by forest & fields & in winter weather there are cross-country trails nearby. Below the house, the river winds where there is possibility for fishing and a small barbecue area. The house offers plenty of space to socialize with a large balcony with a fireplace outside fireplace and open floor plan inside. Swimming areas are within a few km and it is 15 km to Bollnäs and 60 km to lovely Järvsö with ski resorts. 4 km to Bollnäs Golf Club. The space Large social spaces with an open floor plan. 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower and laundry room and a storage room that is also used as a playroom/extra bedroom. Lovely porch with day/evening sun. Perfect for barbecue dinner in the or sausage grilling in the fireplace in winter. Garage is available! Guest access Guests have access to all spaces. In some closets and drawers in the kitchen, we have our private things. There is also a fridge/freezer in the extra room that is private. There is a sandbox, slide, swings, playpen, sleds, potty, high chair, changing table, bathtub, cribs as well as toys, games, puzzles and drawing things to borrow.
