You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Scenic hiking and atv trails too! The space On this property there are 2 buildings. Main building: - 1880's classic farmhouse with kitchen, large living room with TV and a baby grand piano (!), a screened in porch with a dining space and sitting area. - 4 bedrooms on the second floor - two rooms have queen beds, one has a double and one has 2 twin beds. They all share a large bathroom with a shower and clawfoot tub. - Main floor has an extra large master suite with a private bathroom and shower. This is very quiet and separated from the other sleeping spaces. It has French doors that open to the garden. - There is one full bathroom (with a shower) on the main floor - There is a finished basement with a TV and rec room space (and ping pong). This is an open area that has twin bunkbeds (not in a private bedroom). There is a half bathroom in the basement where there is a new washer/dryer. Coach house: - The coach house has a private bedroom with one queen and one double bed and a ensuite bathroom with shower. - There is an open concept living/kitchen space. It is a full kitchen with stove, fridge. There are a lot of private spaces for everyone to have their own quiet time as well as areas for larger gatherings. Outside: - Pickleball court & racquets - Heated pool & lawn chairs - Outdoor playhouse - BBQ - Outdoor fireplace - scenic hiking and atv trails through the back woods (and Dufferin County Forrest just down the road) Guest access You will have full access to the main and the coach house.
