The Old School Kilmore

Located in the small village of Kilmore, next to the Parish Church, this Four-Star rating old School House is full of charm and history. Built in 1823, it welcomed 86 students daily and was a school until 1967. Central for day trips north and south, and a short drive to Armagh with its Cathedrals, Library, and Planetarium. South Lakes Leisure Centre - 15-minute drive. Great restaurants nearby. Enjoy this unique house in a peaceful setting. Sleeps 5 plus travel cot and extra guest bed on site. The space Downstairs Open plan dining kitchen through to living room. Built in washer/dryer and dishwasher. Dining table to seat six. High chair available Upstairs, Bedroom 1 - single bed, Bedroom 2 twin beds and small ensuite with shower. Bedroom 3 kingsized bed with optional pull out guest bed and travel cot if needed. (I have added a second travel cot which can be used downstairs as a play pen if needed) Bathroom with bath Bedroom 3 has small sunroom with outside veranda that overlooks the beautiful old church and graveyard. No garden. High speed WIFI No television but there is a selection of books and games. House Rule feature is not working for me - No events/parties No smoking/vaping inside the house Consideration for one small dog in the downstairs area We have spent the past ten months lovingly renovating this old schoolhouse. NI Tourist Board Certified. Full electrical, gas, chimney and fire inspections carried out with regulation certificates in place.
