Welcome to The Hideout – a newly renovated and elegant basement apartment in a quiet residential area. Here you will live peacefully with everything you need for a comfortable stay – fully-equipped kitchen, modern furniture and comfortable beds. Perfect for couples, families and business travelers. The train station is close, making it easy to get to both the city and nature. The space When you enter through your own entrance, you are immediately greeted by a bright and open living room. On the left, there is space to hang up outerwear, and in rainy weather, there are umbrellas to borrow. In the living room, there is a TV and a sofa bed with storage – there you will also find bed linen. The living room is integrated with the kitchen in an open plan, which creates an airy and social feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. A small corridor leads on from the living room. To the right is a fresh bathroom with a combined washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. There is also shampoo to borrow if you forget to bring your own. Towels are included for each guest: one large, one small, as well as small towels to use for hand washing. The used small towels can easily be thrown in the basket under the sink. Straight ahead is the bedroom with a comfortable bed and wardrobe. The bed is made and there is extra bedding if you need to change during your stay. Misc Information: • The accommodation is located in a quiet and safe part of southern Sweden, close to both nature and the city. • Parking is available directly adjacent to the house and is included in the stay. • Private entrance gives you full freedom and privacy during your stay. Here's some practical information to know before you book: • You rent a completely renovated basement apartment with its own entrance, giving you a private and secluded accommodation. • The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. • Bed linens and towels are included (one large, one small and small for hands per person). There's also shampoo to borrow. • You have free Wi-Fi, TV, and access to parking right outside the house. • The place is good for both shorter and longer stays. • The apartment is located in a quiet area in southern Sweden, with proximity to both nature and the city. • The home is non-smoking and pet-free. • I'm available if you have any questions or need help during your stay.
