Our newly opened (one bedroom plus hideaway) cottage offers a 200 sq ft deck, and all the amenities of home. A screened gazebo with deck, including the huge deck on our adjacent home is available for all guests to enjoy! It ensures a relaxed holiday and oceanside experience. Just meters away from the beach, enjoy the sights and sounds of the seashore, and all that nature offers including whales and wildlife. Located 2.8 kms from the TCH, it’s very quiet and tranquil! Enjoy all of Green Bay!! The space Our cottage is located on a large developed lot at 11 West Bottom North, along with our private residence . There is lots of parking space and have beach access from the property. Only minutes away from several registered salmon rivers and three wildlife management areas. Whales and dolphins are a common site from the decks during summer. There are animal visits as well. The towns of Springdale , Kings Point , South Brook and Triton are only a short drive away . Located at the centre of Green Bay, there’s lots to see and do! Guest access Guests can take advantage of all decks and the screened gazebo on the property. There is also access to the beach. Other things to note The large decks on our home, and the screened gazebo may not be totally private for guests ( the hosts may or may not be home ) Irregardless, guests are free to use both at any time during their stay!
