House "Tobias" - small but nice -

The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax. The space Your place to feel good! Arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy – in this small, fine house you will find everything you need for relaxing days. On the ground floor, a cozy eat-in kitchen awaits you, from which you can go directly into the conservatory and onto the terrace. Whether coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening – here you have your very own favorite place. Upstairs you will find the sleeping and living area: bright, inviting and perfect to unwind. The bathroom is compact but modernly equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. And thanks to the underfloor heating, it stays pleasantly warm even on cooler days. The house is ideal for two people – and if you are traveling with a baby, we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot. On the terrace you will find a table with three chairs, a sofa and a comfortable rocking chair. A radiant heater with a pillar of fire ensures cozy evenings – just the thing for a bit of romance under the starry sky. Guest access You can use everything in the house, but keep in mind that some of it is personal stuff, so please treat it as if it were your own stuff. The main house has a washing machine and dryer that you can use. A wash costs 2euros and drying 1 euro. There is also an iron and ironing board here. There is also an outdoor sauna (which can be used for a fee), a fireplace and a grill are also available. If you like to move and play, you can "let off steam" on the meadow. Playing utensils such as frisbee, soccer, boccia, badminton, etc. are available.
