In one of the most evocative scenarios of the lower Salento, the Scialandre Complex stands out. Along the coast road that winds its way from Santa Maria di Leuca towards the white beaches of the Maldives of Salento, there is the charming villa. The structure enjoys a surprising sea view that almost completely embraces the entire Marina di San Gregorio. The sparkling sunsets, very famous in this bay, will give guests particularly exciting moments. The house is structured on two floors. The space On the first floor there is another more spacious apartment which is accessed from the side. Here there is a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea completely and finely furnished with gazebo, deck chairs, outdoor table, a solar shower and a storage room where there is the washing machine. The house has a double entrance, both side from the terrace and front from the balcony. As soon as you enter you have a living room with a panoramic view, a comfortable sofa, TV and dining area with a kitchen complete with every utensil including a practical dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows and finally a little WC and a complete bathroom. The villa enjoys an excellent position as being on the coast road, but in the raised area, you can easily reach the Bay of San Gregorio and immediately after Leuca and, on the other side, the beaches of Torre Vado, Pescoluse up to Lido Marini. It should be noted that 150 meters from the house there is a path, with stone steps, which leads directly to one of the two beautiful pebble bays. Guest access The property is for the exclusive use of guests. It should be noted that some outdoor spaces are shared with the remaining solutions present within the structure. For more info, I remain available. Other things to note An operator in charge of the reception will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 22:00) and check-out (from 7:30 to 09:30). An extra payment of 25 euros is required for late arrivals (from 0:00 to 8:00) or early (before 7:00) or late (after 10) departures. Bath / bed linen not included in the price.
