Living area approx. 44 sqm, usable area approx. 65 sqm, Furnished terrace at the bow 15 sqm + additional roof terrace 25 sqm, length approx. 13.50 m; width approx. 6.00 m The FLOATING 44 are designed and furnished in a ship-like, modern style. They have a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 15 sqm terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms. The bathroom with shower and a toilet with sink are each arranged separately. On the roof, a 25 sqm terrace offers additional sunbathing area. The furnishings are exemplary, technical changes and deviations in the furnishings are possible. The FLOATING in Xanten have been rented since 2014 and have air conditioning with integrated hot air heating. Spacious window fronts reveal the view of the surrounding water areas. The windows are equipped with pleated blinds as a privacy screen. Living and dining: spacious seating area with corner couch or sofa, dining table for 4 people Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob with 2 plates, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, sink (The kitchen is integrated into the living area) Sleeping: sleeping possibilities for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with double bed linen included.
