This includes the front garden walkway and the bedroom-attached lanai. Other areas of our property are for our use and we request that guests respect our privacy and our pet's privacy. Other things to note The property, while tucked away from any main road is in a residential area surrounded by multi-family units and some vegetated areas. Guests should expect normal levels of residential types of noises expected on a tropical island to include the sound of roosters in the morning, maybe some dogs barking nearby and traffic in the distance. Our property used to have a small dog that the property is named after (Mimi). She has since passed away. For stays longer than 28 calendar days, we will schedule a cleaner to come in after each 14 day period. The additional cleaning fee of $75 will be added per 14 day cleaning period/ cycle.
