New for 2025! With space for the whole family to relax. This beautiful apartment is one of 3 we have available, within the same building, but separate from, the Regina Palm Resort. All the apartments have stunning sea & mountain views but this one is absolute beachfront it has been thoughtfully furnished & equipped to enable you to enjoy your holiday. The apartments is ideally positioned to access the new Lungomare 2 area with its bars restaurants & other leisure amenities. The space With space for the whole family to relax. Fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge. One bedroom with large bed. Living area has sturdy bunks with stairs that adults or children can access. There is also a single sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and bedroom have air conditioning and there is also a ceiling fan in the dining area to keep everyone comfortable in the hot summer. Just steps from the child friendly beach with bars, restaurants & mini markets. Guest access The apartment is within the Regina Palm resort building and is accessed by a separate entrance at the side. The beach has many bars and restaurants and the whole area is being landscaped as part of the Lungomare Orikum project. Amenities such as an amphitheatre for concerts and basketball and tennis courts are being installed. As well as the new scenic bicycling and walking path that stretches from Vlore to Orikum. The beach itself is pebbles and sand, it gently shelves making it perfect for children and people with reduced mobility. There are also several mini markets to buy food and a bigger supermarket in Orikum for more extensive shopping. The apartment is ideally suited for day trips to Dhermi (just 20 minutes through the new tunnel), the roman ruins in Orikum or Apollonia. Boat trips to Sazan and the caves on the Karaburun peninsula are easily available or a day in the river at Brataj or the hot springs in Permet. Other things to note There is parking under the Regina Palm hotel and on the street around it. Walking to Orikum will take around 20-25 minutes or there is a bus between Orikum and Vlora that will stop outside the Regina Palm hotel.
