Nice cottage in Kleva with proximity to swimming

Welcome to our little gem in the village of Kleva. Here you live quietly and peacefully in the middle of Öland's nature, just 10 minutes by bike from swimming in Kalmarsund. If you want to hike, the Mörbylångaleden trail goes through the village and if you prefer cycling, the Ölandsleden trail is right around the corner. The cute summer town of Mörbylånga is only minutes away, with shops, restaurants and cafés. The cabin is located on a sunny plot that offers both views of the landscape and privacy. On the property, there is room for play and socializing for all ages. The space The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other room has two single beds that can be placed next to each other by the guests, if desired. Guests bring their own sheets and towels, or rent them by agreement at the time of booking. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen and living room are together, for easy socializing. TV and Wi-Fi are available. The bathroom has shower. Fireplace is located in the house. If you are comfortable with lighting a fire, you can use it. If there is firewood, you are welcome to use it, or buy and bring it with you. The cottage is about 65 sqm. Spacious patio with access to gas grill. There are three adult bicycles to borrow. Possibility to charge an electric car is available, if the guest wishes to use this, this is agreed separately when booking. The host couple has a cat but guests are not allowed to bring their own pets. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin but not to the storage rooms on site. Other things to note The cabin has an air heat pump where you set the desired indoor temperature. During the peak season June 15 - August 15, the minimum rental period is six nights. The cottage is only rented out including cleaning, which is an additional SEK 600 per stay.
