The Shire Pod/Garden Retreat

Welcome to “The Shire Pod”, a cosy hideaway nestled in our secluded, wooded garden — the perfect escape for anyone seeking peace, nature, and a little bit of magic. Our handcrafted pod offers: A comfy double bed. Full amenities, including a kitchenette and private bathroom. Heating and electricity for year-round comfort Wood-fired hot tub — no jets, no lights, just you, the warmth of the fire, and the stars. BBQ area for relaxed outdoor dining. Private car parking right on site for easy access. The space “The Shire Pod” has a kitchenette which consists of a 2 ring induction hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle and a bbq tray inside the BBQ for each day of your stay. Also, a full size under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment. Guest access You’ll have your own private parking space, entrance to the pod, and exclusive use of the decking area. If you’re bringing an extra vehicle, just let us know in advance — we’ll provide additional parking close to the pod. Other things to note Food Delivery Fun Fact! Takeaway deliveries are pretty rare around here — they like to play hide-and-seek! We recommend planning ahead or trying out the local spots. Enjoy your stay!
