The space Crimson Crossings are new townhomes located just a mile from the University of Alabama in the heart of Tuscaloosa. All bedrooms are large with it's own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a large smart TV. Your comfort is assured with dual-thermostat air conditioning system. You can set the temp for the main level and the upstairs separately. The open design gives you the relaxation you deserve. The living room/den has very comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and easy access to the kitchen island. The kitchen boasts new upscale appliances including a stainless side x side refrigerator, smooth-top range, and microwave. You have all the needed cooking equipment plus a Keurig coffee maker for the early morning brew. For your convenience, there is a powder room for you and your guest to use. Time to unwind? There is a common area with natural gas grills, a gazebo with seating, and a firepit for your enjoyment. Guest access The total size of the townhome is 1679 square feet, and it's all yours to enjoy.
