Welcome to Montrose Place. Experience a refreshing break in our house, a short walk from the sea. Start the day facing the sunrise. On the mountain side, a rare spectacle is offered to you only in the rainy season: a waterfall is revealed for a touch of magic in the heart of nature. Located in the very center of the Île de la Femme, you can visit either the South Island or the North Island. It is recommended to rent a car or scooter. The space The accommodation we offer is a house located in a family-friendly neighborhood close to the sea. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a laundry room, a terrace and an equipped kitchen. The bedrooms each have a queen size bed (160 x 200). One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, gas cooker, microwave, dishes and cutlery, etc. Bath towels are provided in each of our rooms. For laundry, a washing machine is available free of charge in addition to a clothes drying rack. However, laundry remains at your expense. We can give you a compensation charge of 150XPF per laundry bubble. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas, such as: parking, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, garden, beach Other things to note * We are in French Polynesia, a tropical country where small insects (centipedes, ants, lizards,...) and other animals (roosters, birds,...) are an integral part of everyday life. To avoid attracting them even more, be careful not to leave your food out of the cupboards or refrigerator. Finally, when swimming in the sea, regardless of the location on the island, we strongly recommend that you wear shoes to avoid any incidents, especially with stonefish.
