You will find a beautiful living room with American kitchen overlooking the dining room and the living room. A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. You will have the pleasure of finding yourself on a terrace of 28 m2 shaded with view on the swimming pool and which will offer you the possibility of grilling or a good plancha. In the garden you will find a swimming pool with jacuzzi and a hut with table football. Adjoining a green area and a bowling alley at your disposal for frenzied petanque parties. Some parking spaces are available in front of the house but you can also park your vehicles in the courtyard closed by a gate. A deposit check of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival and of course not cashed and returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage.
