Step back in time and join us in the vintage carriage house.The original horse stalls are still here, aged wood surrounds you and the updates were done to compliment it all.Spacious kitchen is stocked with all the items needed to cook and entertain.Luxurious and well-appointed,with a slate pool table, 75" TV, board games,bar setup,WiFi and dining area perfect for eating while cheering on the players! Four bedrooms and a sofa bed offer ample sleeping accommodations.Gorgeous bathroom and loft too. The space We welcome you to join us in this unique space. The building has been lovingly restored and renovated, making it the perfect place for your getaway. Guests have access to the entire carriage house. The house offers wifi, free parking, washer/dryer, numerous TVs and all bedding and towels needed. The new kitchen, with local slate countertops, is stocked with the essentials. The bedrooms offer lovely Pottery Barn bedding and closet space(except for the single loft room). Bedrooms 1,2,3 are located on 2nd floor, bedroom 4 is the loft peak single on the 3rd floor. The entry level has the half bath/laundry room, pool table/entertainment room and the lovely vintage horse stalls. Level 2 has the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, dining room and large bathroom. Level 3 offers a second living room loft and the beautiful single suite. The sofa bed is also located on this floor. The entire home is full of remarkable hardwood floors, custom ironwork and local slate that is used in the bathroom, shower and kitchen. High ceilings and large windows ensure the space is filled with light, casting a warm glow on the woodwork inside. Everything is new, except the building itself! *Warning-All stairways are open and we do not allow gates to be installed in the home. Small children must be watched at all times! **we had to rewrite our listing and lost all our previous reviews -please find some in our additional photos. Guest access The property manager, Lisa, is available to help throughout your stay. Please call or message with any questions. Lisa will meet you and give you the key and also go over any information needed at check-in. Our Carriage House guests enjoy full use of the entire carriage house, including it's own driveway for parking. There is driveway parking for up to 4 cars. The use of the garage is not allowed. There is a small front porch with rockers and extra outdoor chairs for use. **The Carriage House does not include use of any garages or the yard and property around the main home. Other things to note *note-the main mansion house and it's surrounding grounds are not offered to carriage house guests. The garages are also not to be used by carriage house guests. The vintage property has open stairways, so please watch young children. We do not allow gates that would damage walls. Please ask any questions before booking. Renter will be responsible for any damage caused and charged for any items taken from the property. EXTRA GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
