Lake house with private jetty and boat

Relax in this unique & quiet accommodation with lake views. Guests have access to the lake, private boat, jetty & raft. A terrace where you can enjoy views of the lake. A comfortable house with spacious loft with beds, sofa, TV & play corner. Kisa is within a few minutes' drive and has a simpler service offering. Linköping & Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World are within about a 45-minute drive. Towel and sheets are not included. Please contact us for the possibility to rent. Guests clean themselves upon checkout. The space The house is secluded with its own jetty and boat. There is access to an electric motor. The lawn is perfect for playing outdoor games. We have kubb, badminton and croquet. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms for guests. The fourth room is private and will be locked. That room is not photographed. Upstairs, there is a living room with TV, sofa, play corner and a double bed and a single bed. The drinking water emits a scent of hydrogen sulfide. It is not dangerous to drink but if you want to get rid of the smell, you can boil it. In order for you to have a pleasant experience, there will be 12 liters of bottled water on arrival. When we are in the house, we have a cat with us. If you are very allergic, please contact us before booking. Guest access The guest has access to the whole house except for one room that will be locked. The guest can use the entire terrace, plot, jetty and boat. One of the outdoor storage rooms will be locked. Other things to note A binder with information about the house and the surroundings is in the house when you check in.
