The property is located in front of the main beach of Kiveri. You can walk down for a swim in the sea and return immediately without any car travel. Next to it there are taverns, cafes and parking lots. The house is renovated, well-kept and clean. Within walking distance you can explore the enchanting Nafplio, the historic Argos, the Pyramid of Hellinikon, the small beaches with caves towards Astros and the nature of Arcadia. The space Our apartment consists of 2 separate spaces, a single space with a kitchen and a living room and a separate bedroom. In the single space there is a sofa which is converted into a regular bed for 2 people (1.40 width with a thick mattress) and is delivered in this form (as a bed made) for reservations of 3 or 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 42-liter electric oven with three burners, which can meet the needs of a family of 4 people and a dining table. Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils are available. In the second separate bedroom there is a double bed (1.40 width with a new mattress), air conditioning and a 32-inch LG TV with smart-box and a comfortable wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment is equipped with a solar water heater for hot water supply. Wi-fi internet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, balcony drying area, table fan and baby cot available upon request. The balcony overlooks the main beach which is only 20 meters away. Outside the house there are public spaces where you can leave your car. Guest access All areas within the apartment and this balcony are available for use.
