Le Cocoon - ARCONVILLE The space On the raised ground floor, you will have a living room with equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with pool table and TV (Canal+/Canalsat), a double bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms. Outside, the swimming pool awaits you for refreshing swims, surrounded by a green garden where you can enjoy a good book or an aperitif in the open air, bicycle/motorcycle garage, parking in the courtyard, summer kitchen with barbecue. Beds made on arrival, towels, charges (heating/electricity) included. End of stay cleaning at extra cost. Also enjoy the many activities in the surrounding area: nature walks, visits to typical villages, gastronomic discoveries, cellar visits and champagne tasting. Nestled in the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, at the gates of Haute Marne, 20 minutes from Nigloland and the Orient Forest Lakes, our independent cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. This atypical house with its different levels and stairs has a refreshing pool, you can enjoy sunny days while relaxing in a peaceful setting. Swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, 3.7 x 8 m, secured by a dome, maximum depth 1.80 m - accessible from 06/15 to 09/01 (depending on weather).
