That means total privacy and plenty of room to chill and enjoy your stay. You can use every part of the place, inside and out, however you like. Other things to note PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: -Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles, depending on size: -2 vehicles in the driveway -1 vehicle in the garage -Please park only in the garage or driveway. -Do not park in the driveways of other units without prior permission. -Street parking is never permitted per local zoning rules. -Oversized vehicles, including U-Hauls, RVs, and moving trucks, are not allowed in the driveway. -One garage door opener is provided for your use. -This must be left inside the townhome at the end of your stay. -Failure to return it will result in a $150 fine. TRASH INSTRUCTIONS: -Keep the trash can in the garage at all times, except on trash day. -All trash must be bagged before placing it in the bin. -Place the trash can by the road on Monday night — pickup is early Tuesday morning. -Make sure the lid is fully closed and do not overfill the bin, or it won’t be collected. -When placing the can outside, leave at least 3 feet of space around it — away from cars, mailboxes, and other objects.
