Our guest room offers a peaceful environment – less crowded, quieter, and with cleaner air – while still being conveniently close to essential amenities such as convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and more. Your hosts, Ibetombi and Co- host Gamaljit, reside in the same building and are just a phone call away, ensuring prompt assistance whenever you need it. What truly makes our home unique and cozy is the warm hospitality extended by our family. We are committed to making our guests feel completely at home. While a small kitchen is provided for your use, we are also delighted to prepare meals for you from our menu upon request. The entire Clover community is dedicated to supporting and assisting our guests in every way possible. We warmly welcome your suggestions and preferences, as they are invaluable in making your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. Your comfort is our priority. Our newly constructed guest room features an attached washroom and a compact, well-equipped kitchen exclusively for guests. However, if you prefer not to cook after a long day of exploring or simply wish to relax during your vacation, we will gladly provide delicious meals @ extra charges. The room is fully furnished for your comfort, including air conditioning, a TV, two bedside table lamps, an iron, a hairdryer, and a dressing table set complete with a mirror, hair oil, moisturizer, sunscreen, and a comb. A comfortable sitting area with sofas and a center table is also provided. The private kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, rice cooker, pressure cooker, a cooking stove with gas, and a full set of basic cutlery and a variety of glasses. The attached washroom offers a complete set of towels, toilet rolls, Dove shampoo, Dettol handwash, soap, facewash, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. For your security, the building is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance at the gate and entry/exit points. We also have an inverter as a backup power source in case of electricity outages. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues or have any questions. We are always happy to assist you and are committed to ensuring you have a perfect and comfortable stay. Whether it's making special arrangements for your partner or simply providing an evening coffee, we are here to make it happen. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the guest room located on the first floor, offering a view of the serene Marging Ching statue. During your stay Host loves to have small interaction with the guests, when both are free and available. We fully respect everyone’s privacy and expects the same. Other things to note Our only expectation is that you treat Clover as your home. We kindly request that you take care of the property, as many of the items in the room are cherished by our family.❤️ Feel free to contact Clover anytime you need assistance, from early morning until midnight – we don't mind at all! We are always happy to help make your stay comfortable. Lastly, we kindly ask that you keep your music volume at a reasonable level within the room, not to disturb our considerate (and perhaps slightly sensitive!) neighbour's. For your immediate needs, my own store, X-Envy Convenience Store, is located right in front of the property. Just a quick 12-minute trip to Chingmeirong gives you access to a fantastic gym, a charming cafe, and a variety of stores, making it incredibly convenient. Unlike homestays in the heart of Imphal, our location boasts an exceptionally clean environment, free from unpleasant odors (smell) and pollution. You'll find our property to be a peaceful and uncrowded retreat. For added peace of mind, our area is known for its cleanliness and safety. The TA Camp is just 300 meters ahead, the AR Camp is a quick 5-minute drive south, and the BSF Camp in Koirengei is only 3 minutes to the north. When it comes to dining, you'll have several options close by. Reiko’s Cafe and Crafty Cafe are both a short 3-minute drive away , while Re Route Cafe is just 4 minutes away (Re route and crafty provides delivery service). In case of medical needs, the Catholic Medical Centre (hospital) in Koirengei is conveniently located just 5 minutes away."
