The private residence ‘RIAD VERT de Nina’ features a charming patio, veranda, and terrace adorned with exotic plants. The double room °1 (BLEU) has a luxurious bed, a refined bathroom and a nice patio on the ground floor. The décor of the riad beautifully blends Moroccan tiles, handcrafted woodwork, and tadelakt, preserving the authenticity of Morocco. Nestled in the heart of the old town, just 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna, it offers a truly unique atmosphere. Access by taxi is a rare privilege. The space WI-FI Wi-Fi is available throughout the riad via a fibre optic connection. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The accessibility of the ‘RIAD VERT de Nina’ is exceptional: despite its location in the centre of the medina, you can reach it by taxi or car. This makes your first arrival and return to the riad in the evening much easier. At the same time, you can explore all the sights in the medina on foot. The riad is perfectly located. RIAD WITH A TOTAL OF 3 BEDROOMS Two rooms (‘Bleu’ and ‘Sable’) with bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the riad. They are located around the landscaped courtyard. Here you will also find a dining area for 4-6 people, a traditional fountain and a seating area for relaxing. A third bedroom (‘Vert') with bathroom is located on the first floor, in the immediate vicinity of a large veranda with dining area and a Moroccan ‘bhou’. DOUBLE ROOM °1: ‘BLEU. LE GRAND SUD’ By choosing this room, you will feel the authentic atmosphere of the south of Morocco and even the African continent, rich in arisanate, exotic vegetation and the colour of the blue sky all around. The perfect room to relax and feel far away from everything. The room is decorated with blue and beige tadelakt and is located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped with a very good 160 x 190 cm bed and has air conditioning in summer (heating in winter). In the approx. 20m2 room with high ceilings there is a very nice bathroom with a large shower. The patio terrace directly in front of the room enlarges the living and lounge area. DOUBLE ROOM °2: ‘VERT’ When you open your eyes in the morning, you will find yourself surrounded by the beauty of the riad: With a view of the large palm tree that runs through the entire riad to the terrace, the orange trees, the blue sky and the special architectural beauty of an authentic riad. The birdsong is the acoustic soundtrack as soon as the sun rises in the morning. The room, decorated with green tadelakt, is located on the first floor. It is equipped with a very good mattress measuring 160 x 190 cm and has air conditioning in summer (heating in winter). You have a wonderful view from your bed. There is a nice little bathroom with shower in the room, which measures approx. 18 m2. The veranda with its relaxation areas enlarges the living space. SINGLE ROOM °3: ‘SABLE’ The room is a little gem in the colour of desert sand, combined with elegant details offered by local handicrafts: Woodwork, handmade fabrics, Art Deco elements and Zellige tiles from Fez. Enjoy and discover the richness of Moroccan craftsmanship. The room decorated with tadelakt is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of the courtyard. It is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed and has air conditioning in summer (heating in winter). In the approx. 16m2 room with high ceilings and a large window there is a nice little bathroom made of white and green Zellige with a shower. The patio terrace directly in front of the room enlarges the living and lounge area. TERRACE A beautiful, plantes roof terrace welcomes you on the roof on the 2nd floor of the RIAD VERT, with a large seating area, dining tables, two sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Here you can enjoy a good breakfast in the morning, relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view of Marrakech. BREAKFAST If you wish we can serve you a nice breakfast In the morning (€7/person). Guest access You can use the ground floor with its beautiful inner courtyard, large dining or work table and lounge area as well as the large roof terrace. Access to the kitchen is also possible, but for safety reasons it is not possible to prepare meals independently on the gas cooker. Please contact us if you would like to have dinner in the riad.
