We offer you a nice family house in a calm neighborhood with a sunny garden and 2 outdoor terraces and a lot of fun for the children. It’s located near the center of Eskilstuna that offers shopping malls, restaurants and good communications if you want to visit some of our neighbor cities like Stockholm (1h) or Västerås (40 min). Boendet: our house has 3 bedrooms, s kitchen, a tv-room/Living room and 2 toilets (1 bathroom with shower). It has two floors and a total size of 120 square meters. The bedrooms are placed upstairs and also one of the toilets. We offer you a nice house in a calm neighborhood with sunny garden and 2 outdoor terraces and a lot of fun for the children. It’s located near the center of Eskilstuna (15 minutes by walk, 5 minutes by car). Our house is perfect for the one’s that wants a calm and quiet place near the city. With car you can reach shopping malls, supermarket, bath places, Parken zoo and so on in only 10 minutes. Our house has two floors (and one basement): On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 10 people. Next to the dining room you find our cozy tv-room with a large sofa and TV with a lot of channels free to use. We have one bathroom on this floor with shower. Upstairs there is a toilet and three bedrooms: The “guestroom” with a bed for 1-2 people (120 cm) and ability for 1-2 places more on an extra mattress (120 cm) that we have. The children’s room has bed for two children and the third bedroom with a king size bed. In our basement which you reach from outside the house we have a utility room with washing machine and a dryer. We have one big garden with two outdoor terraces and a grill free to use. For our youngest guests there are a lot of fun to use in the garden with playing house, sandbox and toys like footballs, pedal cars and other things. Free parking for 2-3 cars. You have real near to anything you might want as restaurants, stores, bath places, shopping malls etc. Ta sig runt: There are good communications to the city center, you can take a bus (only a few minutes’ walk from the house) or reach it by 15-20 minutes’ walk. Husregler: We expect you to enjoy your stay, yet show regular consideration to neighbors and take well care of our home. Unfortunately pets are not allowed due allergy in the family and also smoking is not allowed inside the house.
