The space The property consists of the ground floor of the Reading Rooms, a historic building dating back to 1876, originally housing a library where newspapers could be read and a billiard room for passengers on the main London to Edinburgh route. Accessed via it's own front door, the property consists of a large main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with two double beds. A spacious living room with an open stone fireplace (non-operating) with comfortable seating for 6 people. The living room leads to a rear hall way access in the main bathroom with a full bath and shower and then through to the spacious kitchen diner. The kitchen is generously equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and electric oven with induction hob. The kitchen diner leads out via patio doors to it's own private enclosed garden. Outside the garden is the property's own private parking space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private ground floor apartment, accessed via its own front door with a private back garden. Other things to note We welcome up to two well behaved dogs and there is a private enclosed garden at the rear of the property. The riverside and a large park are within easy reach of the property.
