Casa Tien near Javea and Moraira

This beautiful, spacious villa with its magnificent views over Benitachell, a small part of Moraira and to the left the Mediterranean Sea and a bit of Javea, is a nice home where nostalgia and modern aspects meet. The lovely swimming pool and all the space to sit, such as on the beautiful terrace with its view and with the chilled drinks within reach, gives you the experience of a well-deserved vacation. The urbanization has neat roads and lighting. The space You enter a spacious hallway. On the right are two bedrooms. One with the single beds and one room with a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. To the left of the hall is the laundry room with washing machine and then the kitchen. The second door on the left is the passage to a spacious living room. A breakfast area, two large sofas and behind it is a large, wooden dining table. Adjacent to the living room is the terrace with seating and also a 6-person dining table. The terrace has lighting in the evening. Through the terrace you enter the garden and swimming pool where sunbeds are available and again a dining table with large parasol. In the hall is a staircase to the upstairs where there is a large bedroom, large hanging and storage cabinets, a spacious bathroom with bath tub, bidet, toilet and sink. There is also a terrace with beautiful views. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the pool house with all the machines (Carlos comes twice a week to check everything) and the brown shed, where our clothes hang. Other things to note Cats are walking through the urbanization. These are cared for by a foundation and receive food daily. If you are bothered by the cats, please contact Sue. Her phone number is in the green, multo welcome folder. For 17 years, a red/white sterilized cat, Kiddy, has been walking around our property, having been abandoned by the former owner. He sometimes lies on the terrace, and we give him kibbles. You can do that too. Sue gives him food every day in the parking lot of our car. Kiddy is NOT allowed to enter our house. He is well cared for with anti-flea, tick, and worm medicines and is very healthy.
