All around, walks and hikes, rejuvenation guaranteed in this hilly countryside. The space The apartment is on one level, not overlooked, no apartment above. It is designed to be perfectly suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - Equipped and functional kitchen: microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and dishes in quantity. - A dining area that can accommodate 4 people, - A living room area with a sofa bed (real mattress), as well as a TV - Bathroom with shower compliant with standards for people with reduced mobility, toilet and hairdryer - A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a dressing room with a wardrobe area and shelves. - A terrace with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) where you will be able to admire the completely unobstructed view. For your comfort, the bed is made upon arrival, towels are provided, as well as basic consumables (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar...). The apartment has air conditioning to ensure a good temperature in any season. The apartment is located at the back of the residence, so far from the pool, which ensures total tranquility. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the months of July and August. However, a few minutes from the residence in the center of the village is the beach of Trébas where you can swim whenever you want. Also enjoy nearby attractions like bars, guinguette, petanque court, children's games and canoeing. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, as well as parking and swimming pool. The accommodation is at the back of the residence. It is number F402. Other things to note Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. A supplement will be requested for arrivals after 7 p.m. as well as arrivals and departures on holidays. Our animal friends are not accepted in the accommodation, moreover it is forbidden to have parties.
