Spacious home with summer garden where you feel like you are in Ibiza. In a residential area, but with lots of greenery around the house. Lots of privacy. 1.5 km from the cozy city center and 3.5 km from recreational lake Stroombroek. 2x women's bike, 2x children's bike (8 & 10 years) Please note! This is our regular home, which we make available for rent during holidays. Therefore, our (private) belongings are in the cupboards. Cabinets are therefore (partially) closed. The space Spacious 4-bedroom house: - 1x spacious bedroom with double bed (180 x 210) and walk-in closet (partly enclosed for private items). - 1x bedroom in the attic with double bed (180 x 200) - 2x children's room with single bed (90x200); also suitable for adults There is a lovely, spacious garden with dining table, various lounge sofas and sun loungers, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen (gas BBQ) and trampoline. Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, Quooker, Dulce Gusto coffee maker and 2 combi ovens. (Kitchen cabinets partially closed for private items). Living room with piano, electric fireplace, corner sofa, TV with Netflix and game cabinet (partly closed for private items). Bathroom with a bath and shower. Attic room with foosball table, dart board and fitness equipment. Screens, shutters and an air conditioner to keep the house cool. There can be 2 cars on the driveway and there is (free) parking space in front of the house. Guest access All rooms in the house are accessible.
