Stylish 2/1 – 2 King hotel grade beds & linens. The perfect mix of charm, convenience & walkability. 2 bedrooms (note: you walk through one bedroom to reach the other). Walk-in rainfall shower, W&D, comfy living room with recliners, fold out futon, smart TV, Roku & WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Small fenced backyard. Ideal home base - hikes, scenic drives, live music, shopping. Hm is right side of a duplex but private. The space Home is a 2 bedroom with king beds in each room and bathroom has two separate entrances, one from the bedroom and one from the utility area. Note that you do walk through one bedroom to get to the other and we have a privacy curtain between the two bedrooms. Other things to note Be sure and bring hard soled shoes. Stickers are called goat heads and they are intense. It's easy for your shoes to pick them up. We HIGHLY recommend removing shows and leaving at front door because if you carry them in, it's very unpleasant stepping on one. Please turn outside light off at night to protect night sky and to be mindful of neighbors. Home has two mini splits for AC and Heat. Please do not set temperature below 70 in order to not freeze out system. They cool very quickly so not necessary to leaving on low temperature and high fan when not there.
