Quiet, clean, and close to local shops, trails, and I-70 access. Simple comfort, thoughtfully designed. The space This tiny home is super well-equipped! You’ll find a fully-stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, a fridge/freezer, and a lovely marble countertop. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a cozy living room, complete with a dining table, a comfy bed/sofa, a 40” Roku TV, and a closet. Beyond the kitchen and living room, this charming little place has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is always sparkling clean when you arrive, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink with storage underneath. Plus, you’ll get fresh, clean towels and two rolls of toilet paper. The first bedroom, right after the bathroom, is compact and organized. It has a desk with shelves (your own workspace), a twin-size bed, and a closet for hanging and storing your clothes. The second bedroom is all about comfort! It has a bunk bed (one full and one twin) along with a bedside table with storage, a dresser for all your clothes, and an upgraded closet with space for clothes that don’t fit in the dresser. There’s also an electrical panel inside the closet (it meets all state codes and regulations), but we’d recommend leaving it alone ⚡️! Guest access Hey, just so you know, you’ve got a backyard too! It’s all inside and outside that white fence, stretching from your neighbor’s left fence to the right where the bonfire is. Feel free to light up fire pit after a long day at work, or just chill out. But, just a heads-up, even though we’d love for you to have a great time, we need to keep things in line with our rules and Airbnb’s guidelines. So, please don’t invite anyone who isn’t registered.
