Any cleaning supplies, lightbulbs or tools must remain on the property and there will be a fee if taken from property. GARBAGE: Trash day is on Thursdays. Please make the trash bin is placed by the street at the end of the driveway on the left side every Wednesday night or Thursday morning before 8:00 AM MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY: During the summer, our lawn is carefully maintained once a week or once every two weeks, depending on the weather. Additionally, the bushes are trimmed a few times per year. While we strive to schedule maintenance between guest stays, we appreciate your understanding that this may not always be possible. PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. The maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people, including all guests under the reservation, children, and daytime visitors, unless explicitly approved by the host in writing. Any additional visitors or gatherings exceeding 10 people without prior written approval will result in immediate termination of the reservation, forfeiture of all fees, and potential additional charges. Guests are required to communicate and seek approval for any plans involving more than 10 people well in advance. Non-compliance with these rules will not be tolerated. COMMERICIAL USE: No Commercial use without permission *THINGS THAT WILL RESULT IN PARTIAL/TOTAL LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT* • Any kind of smoking inside the house (smoke detectors are installed) • Damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear • Excessive cleaning required after check-out • Unauthorized gatherings/parties • Breaking the maximum guest rule • Damage caused by service dogs TERMS AND POLICIES: The host reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests.
