Apartment immersed in the peace and quiet of a delightful and authentic medieval village, Montefollonico, located between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia, gives you the opportunity to spend moments of pure relaxation to the rhythm of village life, or to discover the well-known locations that surround it. Located inside a perfectly preserved stone building, the accommodation overlooks one of the quiet alleys of the village. The space The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor with access from a shared porch with 3 steps, there is the living area with a living room and equipped kitchen. On the first floor, accessible by a wooden staircase, there is the bathroom with shower and the sleeping area. This is divided into two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a three-quarter bed. The apartment is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. LIVING ROOM: Space equipped with two sofas and a reading armchair. TV and fireplace. KITCHEN: Connected via an arch to the living room, it is complete with appliances and everything you need to cook, as per the list: - Fridge with freezer; - Dishwasher; - Washing machine; - Hob with 5 gas burners; - Oven; - Kettle; - Toaster; - Electric coffee machine. - Dishes, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses for 4 people. Once you enter the cloister, there will be a condominium door beyond which you will find the entrance door on the right (as shown in the photo). PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE HISTORIC CENTER You can access the center by car through the main gate of the village (Pianello gate next to the bar). You can't park, but you can stop temporarily to load and unload luggage. Parking lots are located outside the city walls a short distance away and are free.
