**Welcome** to the heart of the Cévennes Piedmont 🌳! This comfortable and peaceful accommodation ✌️ offers a truly relaxing stay for families and friends. With a vast plot 🪴 of more than 4,000 m² of grass, a large swimming pool (9 x 4 m), a petanque court and a mazet converted into a children's playroom, the holidays can begin! The pool 🏊‍♀️ is equipped with an alarm and opens onto the terrace and the living room (as in the photos). Swimming pool not suitable for children who cannot swim. The space 3-star tourist farmhouse. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (160 x 200 cm beds), a 4th attic bedroom accessible by a staircase (140 x 200 cm bed) as well as a mezzanine above the living room (2 140 x 200 cm beds) accessible by a rotating staircase! There are 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 3 toilets (wc). Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival😴 💤. Towels are also available as well as bath mats and tea towels for the kitchen. Note: you have a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso Vertuo machine (specific capsules). Guest access The accommodation is equipped with Wifi (FO) and a TV (165 cm) with all channels (Canal+, beIN, DAZN, league1+, ...) Reversible air conditioning is available in the living room/lounge/kitchen, in the master suite, and in the upstairs bedroom. The home has just been renovated with new furniture everywhere (or almost). Our friends no pets are allowed. Other things to note In the surrounding area, you can go hiking (Fressac Castle, Mer des Rochers), visit the Silk Museum and the Bambouseraie d'Anduze, caves (Trabuc, Demoiselles), take the Cévennes Steam Train, go bike rail, swim in rivers (the Gardon, the Hérault and the Mialet waterfall for example), go canoeing, enjoy the night markets (SAUV'IN, Anduze, Sommières). Less than 1 hour by car, you can visit Alès, Nîmes, Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes, the beaches of La Grande Motte, the Martinet and Vis waterfalls, the Arcs ravine, the Navacelle circus, the Pic Saint Loup, the Pont du Gard, the Baume du Gardon, the Bouscarasse water park or the Haribo Candy Museum in Uzes...
