3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement. The space There are three bedrooms available: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom/Toilet on upper floor. Small toilet on ground floor. Guest access As a guest you have access to kitchen and rooms on ground and upper floor. There is also a nice garden and an outside decked area with bbq and outside furniture. Safe parking in front of the house. Other things to note Karlstad is situated in-between Oslo (23 km), Gothenburg (25 km) and Stockholm (30 km). A good stopping off point for those travelling north or south or perhaps to Norway. Close to winter activities, fishing and lovely nature as well as culture and restaurants.
