Fans are provided in each room for your comfort. Air-conditioned Apartment is attached to the main house - 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living room, private deck overlooking the lake. Air-conditioned Boathouse - 1 Full bedroom, 1 full size futon in living room, fully equipped kitchen, Air conditioning, private deck overlooking the lake. The dock complex can accommodate up to 2- 25 foot boats (clients can bring their own boats or rent boats from local marinas). It has a very large lounging deck under the boathouse with chaise lounges and chairs for relaxing. This is a beautiful spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets with a cocktail or mocktail.
