High Plains Oasis - King Size Beds/Pet Friendly!

Welcome to High Plains Oasis, your desert retreat in the heart of Portales! Stay just minutes from favorite restaurants, breweries, and attractions. Cannon AFB is 20 minutes away, and ENMU is even closer. Enjoy modern comforts, stylish living, and a spacious backyard—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Pets are always welcome, so bring your furry friends to share in the comfort and fun at High Plains Oasis! Guest access You have exclusive access through the front door using the self-check-in keypad. The entire home, as well as the spacious back yard is fully private and for you to enjoy! This includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer, and fenced yard. Feel free to park in the front to the house off the street or there is additional parking area in the back of the house for additional vehicles. Other things to note - Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana: We ask that all smoking be done outside to include the garage area. 10-15 feet away from the house will do. A fee of $150 dollars will be taken if the smoking rules are broken. - Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized check-in message the day before of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. - Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. - Pets: If you are bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee—$15 per pet per day (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. We ask that dogs be crated when you're not home with them. Additional rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. - Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour, unless coordinated prior. - Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These fees help cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.
