High Plains Oasis - King Size Beds/Pet Friendly!

Welcome to High Plains Oasis, your desert retreat in the heart of Portales! Stay just minutes from favorite restaurants, breweries, and attractions. Cannon AFB is 20 minutes away, and ENMU is even closer. Enjoy modern comforts, stylish living, and a spacious backyard—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Pets are always welcome, so bring your furry friends to share in the comfort and fun at High Plains Oasis! Guest access You have exclusive access to the front and back doors via the self-check-in keypad. However, the initial check-in should be done on the front door. The entire home, along with its spacious backyard, is completely private for your enjoyment. Upgrades are in progress so please bare with us on the current condition of the yard. This includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a washer and dryer, and a fenced yard. Feel free to park in front of the house off the street, in the driveway or there is an additional parking area iin the dirt area behind the house. Other things to note - Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana: We ask that all smoking be done outside, including the garage area. 10-15 feet away from the house will do. A $150 fee will be charged if the smoking rules are broken. - Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized check-in message the day before your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. -Trash: The city of Portales uses community dumpsters located in the alley behind the house. The easiest way to get to it is to follow the sidewalk around the corner, past the house and the brick building. - Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. - Pets: If you are bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee of $15 per pet per day (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. We ask that dogs be crated when you're not home. To be courteous to our future guests and cleaner, we also ask that pets remain off the furniture, including the couch and beds. Additional rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. - Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour, unless coordinated prior. - Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These fees help cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request. - Farmtown: As we're located in a rural farming community, occasional flies and small insects can be common, especially during certain seasons. We take proactive measures to minimize them through regular pest control and maintenance, but a few may occasionally make their way inside.
