Modern archipelago house with lake view

Welcome to a modern house in a great location near the sea in Vånö on Runmarö! The house has many amenities, open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed. Bathroom with shower, electric toilet. A large wooden terrace in a sunny location is located around the house, with nice lake views. There is a lounge group and dining area. There is a smaller beach nearby, there is also the possibility to use the jetty, with kayaks and a smaller rowing boat, by agreement. The space Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Sofa corner: Sofa facing the sea, with TV. (Possibility to connect Chromecast). 3 bedrooms: 1) double bed, with access to crib 2) double bed, upstairs 3) smaller double bed 120 cm wide (accommodates one adult/two children). Bathroom: shower, electric toilet, sink, heated floor. No access to washing machine. Child gate to the upper floor is available. Patios: Large lovely wooden terrace with views by the house, with sun much of the day. On this there is a lounge group that is perfect for coffee or a drink before dinner. There is also a large dining table where dinners are preferably enjoyed. Access to grill. Behind the house there is also a terrace, which is good for breakfast or sunbathing. In the nearby area, getting around: There is a possibility to borrow bicycles of a simpler standard by agreement (individual children's bicycles are also available). In a 10-minute walk, you can reach a smaller beach (mixed stone/sand) with a lovely view. There is also the possibility to use a jetty near the house, as well as to use a smaller rowboat and kayaks, in agreement with the host. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach a cozy bakery and nice restaurant with good food and ice cream, which organizes many activities. 15 minutes by bike to grocery store with great variety. More rock pools can also be reached within bicycle distance. Guest access You can contact us via the Airbnb app or by phone if you have any questions during your stay. Other things to note Water supply: Note - Conserving water is necessary! This is due to limited access (own well). Turn off the faucet when using, such as toothbrushing, shower, hand dishwashing. The drinking water is of good quality. Toilet: The toilet is an electric toilet/incineration toilet, instructions for use are in place. Cleaning: You can choose to clean it yourself or pay extra for cleaning, SEK 500 per stay, which in this case is paid directly to the host. Cleaning materials are located in the house. Upon departure, when guests do not clean themselves, everything must be in order and garbage must have been left at the nearby garbage station. Sheets: First and foremost, guests are asked to bring their own sheets and towels, but these can be provided if needed. Agreement at booking. Getting to Runmarö, and the house in Vånö: To Runmarö, you can get there by taking your own car or bus to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn. There is a larger parking lot, with a parking fee. Waxholm boat (see timetable) from Stavsnäs to Styrsvik, about 10 minutes by boat. Distance to ferry from mainland is a 25-minute walk. There is a possibility to get transportation of luggage on arrival/departure, in agreement with the host. There is a taxi on the island with which you can transport yourself on arrival/departure, as an alternative, at your own expense.
