Located at Ashbourne Heights holiday park which is situated within the heart of the Peak District you will find our privately owned accommodation. Lots of gorgeous landscapes to discover and on the Tissington trail. The space Accommodating 4 guests with 1 x double room with wardrobe and en suite toilet, 1 x twin bed room with 2ft 6” beds and family shower room, perfect for families and couples. Hosts can offer travel cot on request however will need to supply own bedding for the cot. The property offers outdoor decking with seating for outdoor eating and relaxing. Parking for two cars next to the property. We would kindly ask that guest remove their outside shoes to continue cleanliness in the property. Guest access The property is a self catered, home from home with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. The property has driveway parking for one /two vehicles. Additional guest parking on site is adjacent to the play park, there are EV charging facilities available in designated areas. Please do not drive or park on grassed areas at any time. Ball games are not permitted outside of the property boundary but can be played on the play park nearby. The site also has an indoor swimming pool (bookable at reception for one hour slots) Please note we only provide hand and tea towels. Guests will need to bring their own towels. The host can supply travel cot and high chair on request, guests will need t bring there own bedding for travel cot. Other things to note Fireworks are not permitted on the park at any time. EV charging is not permitted from the property, however as already stated the site has charging points. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property Unfortunately the property does not have wheelchair access. No hen or stag parties/ couples or families only.
