The peculiarity of this house is the rustic style, its characterization are the signs of wear, the unmistakable smell of terracotta and wooden beams. The space 42 m² apartment – accommodates 2 guests Located on the second floor of the tower, this cozy apartment is designed as an elegant open space. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen hidden inside a cabinet, a dining table, and comfortable seating. The sleeping area, separated by an antique screen, offers both privacy and charm. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor space with a table and chairs, as well as an exclusive rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the entire hamlet, furnished with a table and two sun loungers — the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Please note: Wi-Fi is available in the two common areas of the property: the swimming pool and the reception. The apartment does not have a television, but you can find one available at the reception. A washing machine is also available in a common area, which we will show you at check-in, just a few meters from the accommodation. Upon request, guests can also use the barbecue. By the pool, you'll find a comfortable covered area with tables and chairs — perfect for relaxing in the shade. There's also a music station where you can play your own tunes by connecting your phone or using our computer. The area is equipped with two restrooms, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas to ensure maximum comfort. The reception is where we will welcome you upon arrival, and it also serves as a cozy space where you can unwind, read a book, or simply take a break. I live with my family just above the reception, so I’ll always be nearby and available for any needs or questions during your stay. The cellar of Fattoria Uccelliera, a true gem of the estate, can be reached via a separate entrance at Via Roncione 9, in Crespina, in the province of Pisa. Other things to note The countryside lifestyle naturally comes with the presence of insects (mosquitoes, little spiders, butterflies, mice...), but in my opinion, that's part of the charm!
