Family-friendly accommodation in the High Coast

Welcome to our villa in Härnösand/Höga Kusten! Here you can accommodate the whole family and can easily reach and explore the entire Härnösand and Höga Kusten area. There is a lot to discover! The house is about 200 sqm spread over 2 floors. Upper/entrance floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, dining area and living room, Lower floor/basement with 1 bedroom, game room, laundry room with bathtub and a small separate toilet. You also have access to a large terrace with a gas grill. The space On the entrance floor there is a large and spacious hall where, among other things, a stroller can be accommodated without any problems. There is also a bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms (2 children's rooms with loft bed and raised bed + ribbed chair and 1 with double bed), kitchen with dining area and living room. In the living room, there is a patio door leading out to the large patio in the back. Here you will find home-made sofas with cushions, a gas grill, a pergola with a dining area (table and chairs). The balcony has stairs in two places so you can easily get down and up again from the lawn. On the lawn there is a large trampoline, swing set, easily accessible tree house with the possibility to get up in different ways (one is from the slope so even smaller children can get there) and with a slide. There's also a soccer goal. One staircase down in the basement there is a 4th bedroom with double bed, a small guest toilet and a large laundry room with sauna. Down here there is also a game room with table tennis and sofas. Close to the property there is nature with several paths up and around the mountain. If you want to get into Härnösand city center, you can either walk (about 15-20 minutes) or hop on the bus directly outside the house, search on dintur for info about departure times. If you want to take the car, you can park in most parking spaces with a parking disc. Guest access All spaces are at your disposal except for a separate locked room in the basement. Other things to note There is a newer Chromecast for the TV in the living room upstairs. The TV in the game room in the basement can be used to plug in your own appleTV/chromecast or game console. Note: Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included. The accommodation must be cleaned by the guests before check-out.
