The Home of the Olive Trees

The Holiday Home "La Dimora degli ulivi" is an apartment in a villa owned by Salvo and Rosalba and is located in Sant'Alfio, in Via Professore Russo at number 17/A. The villa is immersed in an oasis of tranquility, among centuries-old olive trees and a wisteria that frames the entrance. It is located at 670 m above sea level and enjoys a spectacular view, south/east of the tourist port of Riposto and the entire Ionian coast, from the Calabrian coast to the Gulf of Augusta; north/west of the Etna volcano. The space The accommodation is located on the upper floor of the villa inhabited by the owners, and is for the exclusive use of guests. All the rooms are spacious and bright. It consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (with the possibility of being transformed into a double), a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom consisting of double sinks, shower and bathtub, a kitchen complete with a stove, oven and fridge, and 2 large terraces, one to the east and the other to the north, equipped for the relaxation of guests, as well as a perimeter balcony to the whole house, from which you can enjoy the view of the Etna volcano. The rooms are equipped with independent heating, all air-conditioned and all equipped with cable TV. The coolness on hot summer evenings is guaranteed by the breeze that gently caresses the hill; Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Free parking is guaranteed by a public parking lot within walking distance of the accommodation or along Via Professore Russo. The "La Dimora degli ulivi" holiday home, due to its location, is ideal for holidays both in the mountains and by the sea. Guest access Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., while check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Please inform us of your arrival time (including any delays). Upon arrival, you must provide us with an identity document as required by current legislation, which will be promptly returned to you. Upon arrival, you will be given the digital card which, in addition to allowing you to enter, will allow you to use the boiler and all appliances. The same must be returned at the end of the stay.
