Shared spaces on the first floor include a fully equipped, oversized kitchen, a bright and relaxing sunroom, deck, backyard and a laundry room for your convenience. No smoking indoors. For your peace and quiet, we (the hosts) live upstairs on the second floor, completely separate from your space. We’re nearby if you need anything, but you’ll have plenty of privacy during your stay. Other things to note Late Checkout Policy: We understand that sometimes guests may need a little more time, and we’re happy to help when possible! • Standard checkout time: 11:00 AM • Complimentary grace period: 30 minutes (until 11:30 AM) • Late checkout (when available): $20 per additional hour, up to 2 hours maximum (latest by 1:30 PM) • Important: Late checkout is not available if we have another guest checking in the same day, due to cleaning and preparation needs.
