The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with queen size bed, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning; - 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning; - Living room with double sofa bed, Smart TV and air conditioning; - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes and utensils; - Dining area with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Pleasant balcony with barbecue and table with 4 chairs; - Hotel quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - Washing machine in the property; - 1 covered parking space (no trucks allowed). * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wishes to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal.
